We are looking to recruit a Bank Nursery Assistant to work as and when required on various shifts within the nursery opening hours of 7.30a.m -5.30p.m. The successful candidate must have a NVQ Level 2 qualification, have the ability to work effectively as part of a team along with good verbal and written communication skills. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check. To assist the Nursery Nurses to provide high quality care and education for the babies and young children that attend the day nursery. To assist in the planning, provision, delivery and supervision of well planned, age and developmentally appropriate play opportunities for the babies and young children that attend the day nursery. To work individually, or as part of a team with the babies and young children attending the day nursery to promote and support each child’s all round development.
